Deposit Required

Every appointment at Brown Sugar Theory requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits go toward your total balance and help us keep things smooth, fair, and flowing for everyone.

Cancellations & Reschedules — 24 Hours’ Notice, Please!

Life happens, we get it. But if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.Less than 24 hours? Your deposit maybe be forfeited.No-shows? Full service amount may be charged.We believe in grace, not chaos.

No Guests. No Children. No Exceptions 🚫

We love good company, but your service time is your sacred self-care time. For everyone’s safety, comfort, and privacy, only the client being serviced is allowed in the studio. No guests, no kids, no plus-ones. Just you!

Brown Sugar Theory is a women-centered studio.At this time, we exclusively serve female clients to maintain a space rooted in comfort, privacy, and the spirit of feminine care.
